The Novela Cuba teams provide telephone assistance (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm) from Paris to advise you in French, English and Spanish before making your reservation. Once on site, Novela Cuba teams provide telephone assistance in French, English, Spanish and Russian from Havana 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all our clients.
